Mão-Cheia dives into play, fun, and imagination, offering a multifaceted, participatory experience that transforms the museum into a playful space of creation and experimentation. The importance of play is taken here not only as a personal experience, but as a collective process that crosses through artistic thinking and social dynamics.
The Illuminated Lessons project involves children from fourteen primary schools, who, over several sessions, explored the idea of play as a form of expression and learning. The exhibition brings together traces of this process, materializing gestures, drawings, objects, and pathways created by the children, all within the same space. With elements suspended, placed on tables, and scattered across the floor, Full-Hand invites luck, creativity, and collective imagination, turning the museum into an open territory for experimentation.
